How can I track my order?


When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the tracking number provided via email or access your order and account history by viewing your account.




How long does shipping take?


Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item(s) are shipped.




How can I reach the customer service team and when should I expect a response?


You can email JaniqueNicole@JaniqueNicole Cosmetics and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Our customer service team is available M-F between 9:00am-6:00pm EST. We do our best to respond to customers within 48 hours. Weekends and holidays could affect those hours.




How can I change or cancel my order?


Contact us via email at JaniqueNicole@JaniqueNicoleCosmetics.com within one hour of placing your order and we will do our best to work with you to modify or cancel your order. If your order has been processed, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.




Do you allow refunds/returns?


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We only accept returns for products damaged during shipping if we are notified with pictures within 24 hours of the item received.




How do I know if that color works for me?


Our hope is to have a color that works for everyone. However, please keep in mind that colors appear different on individuals depending on your pigmentation and skin tone.




Do you test on animals?


At Janique Nicole Cosmetics, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority and the care for animals are important to us. Thus, we don’t test our products on animals.
